What services or support are available through Decision Point
Consulting that are not available through other organizations such as
the Department of Senior Services or living facilities?

    Decision Point Consulting is unique because our services provide continuity
    of care from start to finish.  For instance, we will work with an individual and
    their family from the time of the initial assessment and resource determination
    through any hospitalizations, residential moves, or other crisis until such time
    as our service is no longer necessary.  The advantage of this is having one
    case worker who personally knows the individual and understands his or her
    needs as their situation may change over the course of time.  Services can
    start and stop and then resume again as care issues arise and the individuals
    and their families need assistance.

    In addition, Decision Point Consulting realizes that life issues and crisis may
    occur at any time and on any given day of the year.  Therefore, we provide
    evening and weekend in-home appointments as well as 24/7 crisis
    intervention services.
