Decision Point Consulting was founded in 1998 by Debbie Emmelkamp, a Masters
level Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Emmelkamp's primary goal was to bring
comfort, compassion and dignity to individuals and families in crisis. Our staff
continues to focus on this goal by helping clients make informed decisions and by
providing guidance and support that allows them to have peace of mind before,
during and after times of crisis.
Our staff is not only dedicated to providing quality professional services, but also to
contributing our knowledge and service to the community at large. Our staff has
been recognized for their contributions by agencies such as the Alzheimer's
Association, National Association of Social Workers, Pathways to Independence, the
National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Washington University's School of Medicine.
Staff members also serve as Adjunct Professors of Field Education for Saint Louis
University, University of Missouri-St. Louis and Washington University Schools of
Social Work.
